Be the Light is a veterans group covering topics such as identifying your why, roadmap for behavior change, cumulative stress, overcoming anxiety, conflict resolution, ACES/generational trauma, breaking negative thought patterns, and perspective drives performance. 

This session will use a curriculum based on the book, Extreme Ownership by former Navy SEALs Jacko Willink and Leif Babin
