Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, uses a specialized device called a halogenerator to disperse fine, pharmaceutical-grade salt particles into the air. As you rest, these microscopic particles are gently inhaled.

To ensure a smooth, unhurried start, we invite you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows time to check in, settle in, and prepare for relaxation.

We recommend wearing comfortable, easy-to-relax-in clothing. Before entering the salt cave, you’ll be asked to remove your shoes and will be provided with soft, protective booties. Salt cave chairs can accommodate up to 300 pounds.

Personal items — including phones, electronics, and food or beverages—are not permitted inside the salt cave. Complimentary lockers are available to store your belongings securely.

The Salt Cave at The Cabin accommodates up to 6 guests per session.

Sessions are open to the community and reserved by appointment, so you may share the space with others during your visit.
