Fitness
Movement plays a powerful role in the recovery journey. Building strength, improving mood, and reconnecting with the body all support long-term healing and resilience.

Tyler’s Redemption Place offers a welcoming space to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally — whether you’re lifting in the gym, joining a class, or using movement as a powerful tool for healing and growth.
Our state-of-the-art gym provides a supportive environment for you to grow stronger in your recovery journey. Designed to comfortably accommodate 6–7 guests, the facility includes free weights, full-body machines, resistance bands, and a weightlifting platform.
Whether you prefer to work out on your own or with recovery sponsors, mentors, or small groups, the gym offers a supportive space that encourages confidence, connection, and overall well-being.
We also encourage you to participate in our all-levels fitness classes, including Running2BWell, Yoga for Recovery, Pilates + Strength for Women, Cardio Drumming, and more. Please check the full calendar for a complete list of classes.
Gym Hours
The hours available to use the gym are during our facility’s open hours only. Guests of the gym must complete a workout, wipe down all equipment used, and tidy the space before the facility closes.
The gym is closed on Wednesdays from 4–5 pm for our Pilates and Strength class.
Support recovery and make a difference today.
Thank you for supporting our mission to strengthen recovery, support families, and build a community where hope and healing take root.
