Movement plays a powerful role in the recovery journey. Building strength, improving mood, and reconnecting with the body all support long-term healing and resilience.

Tyler’s Redemption Place offers a welcoming space to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally — whether you’re lifting in the gym, joining a class, or using movement as a powerful tool for healing and growth.

Our state-of-the-art gym provides a supportive environment for you to grow stronger in your recovery journey. Designed to comfortably accommodate 6–7 guests, the facility includes free weights, full-body machines, resistance bands, and a weightlifting platform.

Whether you prefer to work out on your own or with recovery sponsors, mentors, or small groups, the gym offers a supportive space that encourages confidence, connection, and overall well-being.

We also encourage you to participate in our all-levels fitness classes, including Running2BWell, Yoga for Recovery, Pilates + Strength for Women, Cardio Drumming, and more. Please check the full calendar for a complete list of classes.
