Pilates and Strength for Women

Supportive all-women’s class designed to gently introduce strength-building exercises and techniques. The first half is Pilates-based, and the second half moves into the gym to learn strength machines and equipment. All equipment is provided. The event page says this class is held Wednesdays at 4:00 PM.
