SMART Recovery (Thursdays)

SMART Recovery is an evidence-based recovery program that helps individuals build and maintain motivation, manage urges, navigate difficult thoughts and emotions, and create a balanced life. Whether you’re new to recovery or years into the journey, all are welcome.
SMART meetings are held on Thursdays at 1:00 PM and Saturdays at 12:00 PM
